He has a dedicated and highly experienced team around him, which frees him up to spend time with clients and staff to find out how DoCare is performing and get some great ideas on improving the service.

Working in the caring profession is second nature to Una, whose parents were live-in wardens at a residential accommodation complex for elderly people. Which meant, as Una says, she was brought up with “an extra 24 grannies and granddads”!

Area Manager for Cirencester & Cheltenham

Kerry-Ann has been with DoCare for five years, and has worked in the care sector for more than 15 years. She’s qualified to NVQ level 3 in care, and is currently working towards QCF level 5 in leadership and management. Kerry-Ann is also DoCare’s primary dementia carer.
